A dragon roaring. I created this effect for a production of shrek. I recorded several takes of an actress roaring, and mixed some of them together, adding eq, distortion, and reverb to create the resulting effect. Recorded with an sm-57. Actress: nicole lewis.

The sound was made from a one siring instrument called the autoviolin. I made and recorded it in 1980, and am now fiddling with the computer to clean up the sounds before they are lost. Processed with paulstrech.

When i first got my olympus ws-310m, i showed it to my little brother who is 18. I hit record and handed it to him. He looked at it for a second and when i told him it was recording, he made this sound. I used my olympus ws-310m for this recording.

A big-cat-sounding growl; on the exhale and inhale. This sound was created using my voice, a pc mic, and a pitch-shifter. Not sure what it's suitable for, but friends keep asking me for it (i use it as my empty-the-recycle-bin noise).

I made this sound with some recordings of me (basically being a dork) coughing, growling, snorting, blowing into the microphone and more. It would be a great sound for a game or animation or movie, whatever you want. It would be great if you credit me, but it isn't necessary. Created fron a much smaller and shorter sound, not unlike an average fart in the breeze, in audacity. I was pleased with how it turned out but have no use for it, maybe someone else will.

I said a sentence into the mic and made its tempo and pitch very slow and low. You could probably use the part of it that sounds like a screech(which was literally me pronouncing "ssuck")for some kind of video game monster like scp 096 (hence the scp tag).
